Introductory provisions
The General Terms and Conditions of Spector Nutrition online shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international guidelines for e-commerce.
The Spector Nutrition online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop") is operated by Spector Management d.o.o., a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").
By using the website, registering or placing an order, the user confirms that he/she agrees to the terms and conditions.
Accessibility of information
The Provider undertakes to provide the following information to the Customer at all times:

the essential characteristics of the products,

the availability of the products,

the terms of delivery and payment,

clearly set out prices including taxes and delivery charges,

the period of validity of the offer,

the conditions and time limits for withdrawal from the contract,

Due to the nature of the business, the offer on the website is regularly updated.
All products are labelled with basic information, ingredients and recommended use.
Payment methods
The supplier offers the following payment methods:

payment by invoice.
With every purchase, the customer receives an invoice with itemised charges.
The purchase contract is stored electronically on the provider's server.
Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The supplier reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery is carried out via contractual partners (GLS or other delivery services).
Delivery time: usually 1-5 working days from order confirmation.

Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to notify the supplier (at info@spector-nutrition.com) within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he/she withdraws from the contract without giving a reason.
The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity to the address of the provider's warehouse.
Upon receipt of the return, the amount of the payment will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days, using the same method as the purchase was made.
Complaints and material defects
The Buyer may lodge a complaint within 2 months of discovering the defect.
The Supplier will rectify the defect, replace the product or refund a proportionate part of the purchase price.
The detailed procedure is in accordance with the provisions of the PPSA.
Protection of personal data
Spector Management d.o.o. complies with the GDPR and is committed to protecting personal data at all times.
Personal data is used solely for the purposes of order fulfilment, communication with the customer and improving the customer experience.
The user may request the deletion or correction of his/her data at any time.
Cookies
This website uses technical and analytical cookies to provide functionality, personalise content and analyse traffic.
By using the website, the user agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Complaints and disputes
The Provider undertakes to comply with consumer protection legislation and to endeavour to resolve disputes amicably.
The Buyer may send a complaint to info@spector-nutrition.com.
In the event of a court dispute, the competent court is the court in Nova Gorica.
Final provisions
The General Terms and Conditions of Business shall be valid from 1 October 2025.
The Provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, which will be published on the website.
