1. Purpose of the policy

This policy sets out how Spector Management d.o.o. (hereinafter: the provider) processes, uses and protects personal data collected through the www.spector-nutrition.com website and related services (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Analytics).

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovenian legislation on the protection of personal data.

2. What data are collected

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Basic contact details (name, surname, address, email, telephone)
Order and delivery information
Payment information (via Shopify Payments and PayPal, without storing card details with the provider)
Analytical and technical data (IP address, cookies, page view history, data on interactions with email campaigns)

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is used for:

processing orders and delivering products,
invoicing,
communicating with customers,
email automation and personalised communication (via Klaviyo),
analysis of customer visits and behaviour (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel),
improving customer experience and offers.

4. Contract processors

The Provider works with contractors who provide services on its behalf:

Shopify, Inc. - online commerce platform (hosting and payments)
Klaviyo, Inc. - email marketing
Meta Platforms, Inc. - advertising and analytics (Facebook, Instagram)
Google Ireland Ltd. - Analytics (GA4)
Logistics contractor - order processing and delivery

All contractors are GDPR compliant and only process data on behalf of the provider.

5. Data retention

Data shall be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

order data: 5 years,
accounting data: 10 years,
email marketing data: until unsubscribe or withdrawal of consent.

Users may at any time request:

access to their personal data,
rectification or deletion of data,
restriction of processing,
transfer of data,
withdrawal of consent.
