1. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may, within 14 days of receipt of the product, notify the Supplier that he/she withdraws from the contract (by email to info@spector-nutrition.com).
The product must be returned undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging.
The deadline for the refund of the purchase price is 14 days from receipt of the product. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
2. Products without a right of return
For health and hygiene reasons, open dietary supplements cannot be returned.
Refunds are only possible for:

unopened, unused products,

damaged shipments reported within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Returns procedure

Send an email to info@spector-nutrition.com with the reason for the refund.

Return the product to the address you will receive after confirmation.

Once the product arrives, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless it is a fault of the provider.
4. Complaints
In case of damaged or incorrect shipment:

notify us within 48 hours of receipt,

enclose photographs of the packaging and the product,

upon confirmation, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
5. Defective products
If the product is defective or incorrectly packaged, the buyer may claim a material defect in accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The Provider does not accept redemption packages.
